Action Against Cancer (AACA) is a patient-centred cancer advocacy organisation in Uganda dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by cancer. Our mission is to promote cancer awareness, early detection, access to quality care, patient empowerment, and support throughout the cancer journey.

Our activities include cancer education and awareness, patient advocacy and navigation, community outreach, psychosocial support, survivorship initiatives, and collaboration with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to strengthen cancer care.

Additional details: AACA is committed to amplifying the voices of patients and survivors and building partnerships that promote patient-centred cancer care. Through SPAGN, we look forward to sharing experiences, learning from other organisations, and contributing to global sarcoma advocacy efforts.
