Sarcomunicándonos América Latina

As a global organization, it is one of our objectives to improve the lives of patients with sarcoma, no matter where they live. We want to reach out to sarcoma patients and caregivers in South and Central America and help provide access to up-to-date and country-specific information (in their own language) as well as foster an exchange among sarcoma patients. As part of this work, we started to a series of webinars called "Sarcomunicándonos América Latina". Those webinars will provide current and reliable information and will be held by real sarcoma experts from South and Central America.

Sarcomas are generally poorly understood. They account for slightly more than 1% of all cancer incidence; thus, they are among the rarest, and often least considered, of all cancers.
To complicate the challenge of understanding rarity is the fact that there are over 100 different sarcoma histologies; tumors can be found almost anywhere in or on the human body.
For these reasons sarcomas need the management and care of sarcoma specialists - the "right doctors". Would you like to learn more about this? Join our webinar!
